The plyo platform app allows you to perform plyometric and explosive force exercises, in total safety, without having to equip yourself with additional equipment or supports such as plyometric boxes. Plyometric training is a very advanced training, which trains explosiveness, coordination skills, and control, helping athletes to better manage the phases of jumping, planing and landing, preventing injuries. Unlike the classic crossfit box, the app in question allows us to have a more ribbed adjustment, being able to manage its height, being able to work progressively, without having to follow the standard sizes 50 – 60 -70 required by the box. In addition to Jump’s work, it is possible to use it as a support in a Bulgarian squat, or as a support for various control exercises such as step ups in all its forms. It is a highly versatility tool for its multiple uses, both in team sports, in sports, and for post-injury treatment.
